The Subcontractor shall conduct and maintain 100% accountability of IT assets in the storage and warehouses funded by the 17 TRG, categorized as follows: Sensitive IT Assets: Devices with persistent storage or IP network capability, such as laptops, desktops, tablets, thin clients (including zero clients), network-capable printers (SFP or MFP), servers, switches, network infrastructure, external drives or any asset deemed by the organization as accountable assets. The Subcontractor shall maintain IT asset accountability and operational readiness by ensuring accurate records, proper storage conditions, and seamless allocation of assets to IT Property Custodians (ITPCs) and IT Project Managers.
