The North America Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the overall Logistics, Customer Service, Forecasting, Imports, Exports, and Inventory Management within our Functional Ingredients and Health and Nutrition groups. Partnering with North America and Global Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Executive Management, you will lead efforts on: Supply Chain management of the North America factory in Dubuque, IA.

Job Summary The North America Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the overall Logistics, Customer Service, Forecasting, Imports, Exports, and Inventory Management within our Functional Ingredients and Health and Nutrition groups. The position currently leads a team of 10 people covering the above referenced segments of Supply Chain. The Senior Supply Chain Manager interacts heavily with North American colleagues in Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Executive Management. In addition, the Senior Supply Chain Manager is a key member of the Global Supply Chain team.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesPartnering with North America and Global Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Executive Management, you will lead efforts on:<ul><li>Supply Chain management of the North America factory in Dubuque, IA.</li><li>Supply Chain management of Imported Gelatins and Collagens from sister business units in Europe, South America, and China.</li><li>Customer Service/Order management for the North American customer base of ca. 150 accounts.</li><li>Forecast accuracy for the North American customer base.</li><li>Logistics management of 36-40,000 tons of truck, container, and rail freight per year.</li><li>Inventory Management of Domestic/Imported products to achieve Working Capital goals.</li><li>Insuring SOX compliance in all aspects of the Supply Chain.</li><li>Develop and execute a regional plan for the Nafta Region aligned with the Global Supply Chain plans.</li><li>Engage with existing customers, freight carriers, warehousing, and customs external partners. </li><li>Follows all food safety procedures and practices to promote our food safety culture.</li><li>All other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain management OR</li><li>In lieu of a college degree, 12+ years of supply chain management</li><li>Valid Driver's License, Passport and right to work in the U.S.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experienced user of JDE and Oracle, as well as high level fluency in Excel.</li><li>Well organized, with excellent time management skills.</li><li>Solid communication skills – written, oral and listening.</li><li>Self-motivated; self-starter.</li><li>Works well with all levels of the corporation.</li><li>Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to customers, trade shows, external and internal meetings.</li></ul>Physical Demands<ul><li>Ability to travel by air, automobile, walking, etc.</li><li>Lifting ability in general up to 20-40 pounds travel luggage, etc.</li><li>Extended periods spent sitting/standing at desk in front of computer screen.</li><li>Regularly required reach with hands and arms.</li></ul>Work EnvironmentJob functions will primarily be carried out in office environments although periodic interactions will be held within Customer's and Rousselot Plant environments. Summary: The Supply Chain Sales Support Assistant will provide the Supply Chain/Logistics Department support with daily office needs; filing, scanning and general administrative activities. Summary: The Supply Chain Sales Support Assistant will provide the Supply Chain/Logistics Department support with daily office needs; filing, scanning and general administrative activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned:<ul><li>Develops and maintains filing systems, both manual and electronic (including scanning of documents).</li><li>Ensures the accuracy of proforma invoices and oversees the processing and matching of all invoices with supporting documentation. </li><li>Maintains accurate records and documentation to support audits, including precise updates to Excel files.</li><li>Emails customers Certificate of Analysis (COA's) and/or other related requested documents.</li><li>Tracks all shipments and maintains updates on spreadsheets.</li><li>Assists with Import/Export paperwork when needed.</li><li>Prepares required shipping documents for domestic shipments by obtaining freight quotes, communicating shipment status' and distributing documentation where necessary. </li><li>Provides assistance to supply chain team with gathering information for SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) controls.</li><li>Reviews and validates freight invoices from carriers and customs brokers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to spreadsheets. </li><li>Follows all food safety procedures and practices to promote our food safety culture.</li><li>Other duties assigned by management.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ Years related experience and/or training.</li><li>Highly Proficient in function of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)</li><li>Must be well organized and show attention to detail.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of various transportation modes/providers.</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Effectively prioritize tasks to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.</li><li style="line-height:107%">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.</li><li style="line-height:107%">Knowledge of J.D.
