Expert-level knowledge of the Defense Transportation System, the CENTCOM Air Port of Debarkation (APOD) Association Plan, and U.S. and coalition logistics channels; bilateral and multilateral logistics support agreements, coalition doctrine, and operational support frameworks, including host nation support and coalition deployment planning; and legislative authorities and international policy processes, including how changes are implemented and managed across FMS, security cooperation, and coalition logistics support structures. Examples of specialized experience includes comprehensive knowledge of administrative laws, policies, and regulations related to U.S. and international logistics, including those governing Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Foreign Military Financing (FMF), and grant programs such as Sections 1202, 1206, and 1208, and DoD and USCENTCOM program objectives, operations, and planning frameworks, including the sequence and timing of mission-critical events.
