Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness, including: • Commercial Invoices • Packing Lists • Bills of Lading (BOL) / Master & House BOL (as applicable) • Air Waybills (AWB) • FCRs (as applicable) • Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI) • Export documentation and filings such as AES/EEI (as applicable) • Certificates of Origin and other customer/market documents as required • Letters of Credit documentation support (when applicable). Working within the Materials & Logistics organization and reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing domestic and international shipping activities, with a primary focus on domestic transportation, to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.
