They will lead show shifts with duties that include, unlocking the building, ensuring stage is properly set up, handling any last minute client requests during rehearsals, ensuring the MPAC team stays on schedule, coordinating the house opening and show beginning, overseeing a smooth show, leading strike and locking up the building.
