Project Manager Soldier Medical Devices (PM SMD) consists of the following: provides Medical Materiel Support to all Army components facilitating optimal healthcare and worldwide medical readiness through; the procurement, assembly, and distribution of Medical Equipment and Medical Materiel Sets, Kits, Outfits (SKOs), the disassembly of previously fielded medical materiel and equipment, the management of excess medical materiel, the provision of disposition instructions, the management of on-hand medical materiel inventory, and the provision of technical assistance for medical materiel sustainment operations including training on Army automated logistics systems. With experience in project management, software design and development, systems integration, business analysis, testing, logistics operations, and financial management solutions, RBCI specializes in delivering custom applications that leverage commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products.
