Disaster Recovery & Backup/Recovery Expertise: Practical working experience supporting disaster recovery planning, testing, DRPs, and recovery procedures, along with strong knowledge of backup, restore, and recovery workflows, including backup coverage, retention, validation steps, recovery dependencies, and RTO/RPO considerations. Manage Corrective Action & Escalation Pipelines: Direct the lifecycle tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) arising from incidents, tabletop exercises, and audits, directly engaging action item owners to resolve delays and maintain accurate remediation records.
