3+ years of stock, operations, or retail experience, with some supervisory or team-lead experience• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills• Excellent time management - you keep multiple priorities moving at once• Comfort with inventory systems, POS, and the basics of Microsoft Office• Availability to work a full retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus early receiving shifts• The strength to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
