Participate in Project HPEPs (Hoffman Project Execution Plans) for select projects and provide risk-based input and guidance on project execution strategies, procurement approaches, subcontractor packaging, staffing plans, quality planning, schedule risks, and contingency plans. Provide guidance and support on high-risk project situations, including subcontractor or performance issues, financial distress, quality concerns, schedule recovery efforts, major claims, staffing challenges, procurement risks, and other material project exposures.
