We require 2 years of operations leadership, plant staff-level leadership, or senior operations management experience; we prefer experience in nuclear, chemical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. Establish expectations for nuclear professionalism, conservative decision-making, procedural compliance, personal accountability, and a work environment where employees are expected and encouraged to raise and resolve safety concerns.
