10 years’ of experience in building maintenance to include any of the following: HVAC, Electrical, Fire Suppression and detection systems, Generators, UPS’s as well as general maintenance and construction. Must be able to work in all-weather environments, extreme heat, extreme cold, snow, rain, noise, hazards, and atmospheric conditions (fumes, odor, dust, mist or poor ventilations) indoors, and outdoors.
