Holds a current LPN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or is licensed to practice as an LPN in the state the team member is working. Provides patient care based upon individualized plan of care as delegated by the Registered Nurse/Provider including patient's physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
