Who we are looking for: Position-specific knowledge, skills and abilities that are desired or contribute to the success in this position: Health Care of Older Adults: Substantial knowledge, experience, and skills to oversee and provide for the holistic health care needs of older adults, to include palliative care, pain management, dementia care, advanced care planning, prescribing medications appropriate to individual treatment plans, and end of life services. Problem Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, develop, and articulate solutions, corrective plans, or courses of actions related to deficiencies, weakness, or problems in services provided by homes as identified by licensing agencies, regulating bodies, family or residents expressed concerns.
