Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain Palo Alto Networks technologiesManage firewall policies, network segmentation, VPN connectivity, secure remote access, and endpoint security controlsMonitor network performance, system health, security alerts, and infrastructure availabilityInstall, configure, patch, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server 2016–2022 and Linux systemsAdminister a variety of Microsoft Azure servicesInvestigate suspicious activity, respond to endpoint and network security incidents, and support incident response, containment, recovery, and root-cause analysisSupport CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 compliance activitiesMaintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, SOPs, action plans, policies, and audit evidenceServe as the Tier III escalation point for all network, security, and infrastructure issuesSupport change management, perform vulnerability assessments, disaster recovery planning, backup validation, and business continuity initiativesCollaborate with various departments to implement secure and reliable solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
