As a Clinical Team Manager you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways: Lead, mentor, and support a team of clinical field staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs), ensuring exceptional patient care and team performance. Investigate and resolve clinical concerns, patient care issues, employee concerns, and service-related challenges while partnering with leadership on appropriate interventions.
