Creates annual budget and staffing plans Is responsible for monthly variance reporting Maintains appropriate staffing during the scheduling process Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment. Initiates the investigation of medication errors and incidents, utilizing lean methodology Immediately reports major incidents to the AVP of Nursing or CNO Assists the charge nurse in problem-solving, priority-setting, and staff reallocation, as necessary.
