Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Clinical Services, the Trainer, Clinical Development (LVN) performs a variety of tasks to ensure TVHC's Medical Assistants (MA), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), and Registered Nurses (RN) receive proper and consistent training across all clinical departments.
