Job tasks include rooming patients, completing health questionnaires (vital signs, medications, mental health symptoms, concurrent physical health or substance use disorders, etc.), processing refill requests, communicating assessment results, lab reports, pharmacy inquiries, and client concerns with psychiatric providers. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll work alongside primary care providers, peer specialists, and community partners to break barriers and bring real, lasting change to underserved communities.
