11) Collaborates with Stroke, Epilepsy, Neurosurgery, Neurocritical Care, Rehabilitation, Hospital Medicine, Nursing, and other multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, care transitions, and discharge planning, 12) Participates in quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, development of clinical workflows, and neuroscience service line initiatives as organizational needs evolve, 13 )May other duties as assigned or directed by management. 8) Evaluate new inpatient, emergency department, and transfer consultations; perform comprehensive history and physical examinations; develop differential diagnoses; and initiate appropriate diagnostic and treatment plans, 9) Attend daily multidisciplinary rounds, document comprehensive progress notes, monitor patient status, and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
