Patient populations include STEMI, post heart cath with interventions, respiratory failure/ventilated, post cardiac arrest, post stroke care, renal failure, hypertensive emergency, sepsis, post op CABG, valve, thoracotomies, V-A and V-V ECMO, post op vascular surgery, acute respiratory failure, acute renal failure, acute liver failure, DKA, CVA, SAH, SDH, IPH, seizures, post-surgical, trauma, multisystem trauma, and neuro trauma. - Skills and procedures include vent care and management, hemodynamic monitoring, medication titrations, arterial lines, IABP, Impella, EKOS, CRRT/PrismaFlex, chest tubes, Swan-Ganz catheters, FloTrac monitoring, titratable drip management, hypothermia protocol, Tandem Life/Tandem Lung, trach care, vasopressor and sedation usage, central lines, and wound care.
