Key responsibilities include:- Provide skilled nursing care as directed by the RN and physician orders- Promote patient wellness through teaching and appropriate rehabilitative interventions under RN guidance- Dispense medications under RN direction and per physician orders- Dictate and complete progress notes for 1:1 and group sessions per policy- Escalate risk management concerns to the Director of Nursing/Administrator to help prevent injury, illness, loss, or other adverse eventsRequired qualifications/skills:- Active LPN; psychiatric experience preferred; CPR and CPI must be maintained- Strong organization, prioritization, and documentation; able to perform under high volume/high stress- Effective listening, teamwork with a multidisciplinary team, and conflict resolutionApply through the careers page at www.apollo-bhh.com.
