** First Aide/CPR & LPN license/certification must be active

** Knowledge of AHCA regulations in Senior Living
**Knowledge of care-plans & 1823 review REQUIRED
. Observe, record, and notify Executive Director, Director of Wellness, physician, family, and pharmacist of significant changes to residents' condition and reactions to medication, treatments, and significant incidents.
