Your responsibilities will include: Providing nursing care in the home, including wound care, medication administration, and support during procedures Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and thoroughly to support safe, continuous care Monitoring patient status and alerting the care team of any changes to ensure timely, coordinated responses Educating patients and families to support medication adherence, strengthen understanding of health conditions, and promote greater independence at home Collaborating closely with RNs, providers, therapists, and care coordinators to deliver high-quality, personalized care in the home setting What qualifications you will need: Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN programMinimum of one year experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical care settingHome care experience preferredMust be licensed as an LPN/LVN in good standing in the state(s) where they will be providing servicesMeets all additional requirements for hire including state specific requirementsCurrent BCLS prior to delivering patient careReliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insuranceMust have valid driver's license Occasional/ Intermittent Required 1 years experience Required Years of Experience Benefits HCA Florida Healthcare at Home, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
