To improve the patient experience and to avoid delays in care, as needed will support provider teams by assisting with completing pre-visit planning (PVP), in-basket management, rooming and wrap up, and clinical duties following established protocols, competency validation, and in accordance with Standing Delegation Orders. Assists with durable medical equipment (DME) ordering, management, and follow up process to ensure patients receive their durable medical equipment in a timely manner, understand proper use, and schedule necessary follow up visits/care related to the DME item.
