Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual grinding equipment, including ID, OD, centerless, surface, and form grinders, while selecting the appropriate wheels, tooling, feeds, and speeds to meet production requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to produce precision components that meet tight dimensional, roundness, flatness, and surface finish tolerances.
