Perform periodic preventive maintenance and inspection checks on equipment, machine tools, and building equipment including but not limited to, forklifts, production and CNC machines, saws, hand tools, measuring devices, extension cords, fire extinguishers, cranes, alarms, exit lights, sprinkler system, dust collector, heating and A/C unit belts and filters, etc. Performs maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment/machine malfunction, including electrical and mechanical issues, which may require dismantling the machine and cleaning, adjusting/repairing/replacing defective parts, and testing the machine to ensure it is running properly.
