Strategize and define the overall build approach, including construction, tendering, and appointment strategies for consultants, contractors, and vendors, with the objective of maximizing build quality and minimizing time and cost. Responsible for all aspects of daily onsite construction activities, including but not limited to: setting and maintaining schedules, monitoring construction costs, ensuring a safe workplace, and managing working relationships.
