Tradesmen International is immediately hiring a skilled CNC Machinist for projects located in Triadelphia, WV. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. In this role, you will support the repair and maintenance of industrial AC/DC electric motors and generators, using manual machine tools and balancing equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate manual machining equipment including engine lathes, horizontal lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and related tools</li><li>Use overhead cranes, gantry cranes, forklifts, and associated rigging safely</li><li>Perform precise mechanical measurements using tools such as dial indicators, micrometers, and vibration measurement instruments</li><li>Work according to safety standards and service center procedures</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of experience as a machinist in electric motor repair (preferred)</li><li>Proficient in using micrometers and other precision measuring tools</li><li>Skilled in operating various sizes of manual lathes</li><li>Familiarity with electro-plating equipment a plus</li><li>Solid math skills and mechanical aptitude</li><li>Ability to follow and retain training, safety, and operational procedures</li><li>Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods</li><li>Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>On-the-job training and development</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>And more!</li></ul>

These rates are non-negotiable.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED.</li><li>2 years of experience operating manual and/or CNC metal machining equipment and/or the successful completion of an approved machinist training program.</li><li>The ability to work all three shifts.</li><li>The ability to work overtime as required.</li></ul>The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
