You will be responsible for the overall project management of all loyalty program and direct marketing initiatives, leading internal and external teams - maintaining deadlines, escalating issues to the Director appropriately, communicating status and needs clearly across teams, and ensuring marketing strategies and communication support AutoZone's business goals, meet all legal requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. Marketing Manager, Loyalty and Direct Marketing, will play a critical role in enhancing customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value through data-driven marketing strategies across email, SMS, direct mail, and CRM-driven campaigns.
