This individual will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence by performing quality control checks throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with mailing standards, client requirements, and internal procedures.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px">The right candidate will assess current workflows, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to the continued success of our mail operations team. They will help maintain production systems, support mail production software and equipment, and ensure that all mail jobs are processed accurately, securely, and within established service levels. The individual will assist in marketing material development and support go-to-market efforts for new product and feature launches. The role involves leveraging marketing automation tools to drive results, with ongoing monitoring and reporting of key campaign metrics to recommend and implement optimizations as needed.<br/>
 <br/><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Coordinate and track marketing programs, including promotions, communications, distribution, and production of literature and sales tools.</li><li>Assist in developing project and campaign plans for marketing programs and go-to-market efforts.</li><li>Liaise with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop written communications for internal and external promotions.</li><li>Manage and track campaign deliverables, ensuring schedules and deadlines are met.</li><li>Support ongoing audits of marketing materials and coordinate updates as needed.</li><li>Create and execute campaigns via marketing automation platforms and tools, including Marmind.</li><li>Track, measure, interpret, and report campaign performance results, providing recommendations for metrics improvements.</li><li>Assist in the development and execution of project plans for events such as tradeshows, conventions, seminars, webinars, and training.</li><li>Support event performance reporting and offer optimizations based on learnings.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders inside and outside of Marketing.</li><li>Develop an understanding of best practices in various Marketing disciplines.</li><li>Make tactical and operational recommendations and decisions.</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul> <br/><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.</li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a Marketing environment, B2B preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and general understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.</li><li>Strong detail orientation and project management acumen.</li><li>Self-motivated, energetic, with a positive outlook.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and deliver high-impact results.</li></ul> <br/><strong>Desired Skills</strong><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and tasks simultaneously (Project Management).</li><li>Proficiency in Marketing Automation Tools and Microsoft Suite Products.</li><li>High-level communication skills, both verbal and written, with primary stakeholders within the Marketing Organization.</li><li>Experience in collaboration among different teams and sectors within LNRS.</li></ul> <br/><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong><em>The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: <strong>$51.00 - $52.00 /hour</strong>. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
