Under general direction, the Addiction Studies Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, technical, and programmatic support to the Addiction Studies programs. This position serves as a central point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and external partners, coordinating student practicum and internship processes, admissions support, advising, faculty support, special projects, events, and day-to-day program operations. The Program Coordinator works closely with Program Director(s) to ensure smooth implementation, compliance, communication, and student success across all program areas. In the course of performing the position’s duties, this position will have extensive involvement with students, staff, and the public in carrying out program activities, and will coordinate, schedule, and monitor program activities to determine consistency with goals. photos and video footage on jobsites, in the office, at events, and behind the scenes.</li><li>Produce and publish carousels, static posts, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar in partnership with the Marketing Director.</li><li>Stay current on platform trends, audio, and content formats—and move fast to capitalize on them.</li><li>Write engaging captions and copy that align with brand voice and drive engagement.</li></ul><div> Branding & Marketing Collateral:</div><ul><li>Design and produce design (skill matters more than years).</li><li>Strong videography and photography skills—mobile, mirrorless, or DSLR—with a sharp eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).</li><li>Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).</li><li>Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms, formats, and best practices.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging
