The Senior Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, direction, quality and guidance of machine shop cell including machining, specialized machining, machine parts production, parts development in addition to regular indirect leadership and in depth interaction with material management, quality assurance, inspection, planning, and program management. Through cell performance, provides quality engineering and manufacturing engineering functions, contractual data requirements list (CDRL) items, periodic customer reviews, engineering change proposals, waivers/deviations, non-conforming material and procurement quality flow-down required to satisfy customer requirements for scheduled shipments.
