Other duties of this position include but are not limited to: Perform general maintenance and repairs of power, heating, and cooling systems, equipment, fixtures, furniture, building structures, and machinery; Schedule, perform, and oversee preventive maintenance; Perform maintenance of building grounds; Prepare requisition requests for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies; Maintain the inventory of equipment and supplies; Perform other duties as assigned. Under general direction, the Maintenance Engineer performs and supervises general maintenance and custodial duties related to the cleaning, maintenance, alteration, and repair of City buildings and grounds.
