Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including rooftop units, air handling units, split systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, exhaust systems, unit heaters, VAV systems, cooling towers, and associated mechanical equipment. Work is performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and may involve exposure to mechanical equipment, moving machinery, electrical systems, refrigerants, chemicals, hot and cold environments, noise, dust, and other conditions commonly associated with commercial HVAC maintenance.
