Must have documented trade experience in at least one of the following: Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical; Must be able to read drawings/blueprints; A valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record is required; Essential physical and mental capabilities in the following: Interpersonal skills, memory, attention to detail, follow directions, comprehension, calculating, reading, writing, speaking, evaluating, mathematics, organizing and innovation; Ability to use various ladders/lifts; Ability to use various custodial and mowing equipment; This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
