This role prepares vacant apartment homes for move-in, completes routine service requests within skill level, performs basic troubleshooting, and develops broader technical capability in plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures, doors, locks, painting, and general building maintenance. Completes make-ready checklists, punch list items, touch-up painting, drywall patching, caulking, hardware replacement, fixture repairs, blind replacement, door adjustments, and general unit-turn tasks.
