The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction during order taking, dispatching, scheduling of drivers and deliveries, delivery efficiency monitoring, and inter-departmental communications. Comply with all company’s Safety Policies, attend department and site safety meetings, and participate in safety committees and programs (Near miss reporting, STAs, Workplace Exams, Pre-Shift Inspections, etc.).
