Responsible for coordinating the maintenance operations of the administrative offices and the residential facility, purchase of hardware, building maintenance and cleaning/household supplies, coordinating estimates and major repairs with outside vendors, and completing all minor repairs and maintenance within the Shelter and offices at 610 Thompson St. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS. 3.Coordinates all maintenance needs of the facility and grounds, including appliances, equipment, lawn work, snow removal and notifies the Executive Director of equipment needs.
