The employee is frequently required to move self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, ascend and descend stairs, ladders, ramps, step stools, etc., traverse flat and uneven terrain, work in an overhead position and/or reach, use wrists, hands and fingers in repeating motions, operate machinery and power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, exposed to outdoor weather elements (wind, precipitation) including low and high temperatures and exposed to hazardous chemicals and be able to work overtime, weekends and night hours (on-call property emergencies). MS @ Small - Mid Sized Properties with smaller staffWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another, communicate with others to exchange information, use wrists, hands, and/or fingers in repeating motions, identify and inspect objects and areas, assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned, and be able to work overtime, weekends, and night hours (on-call property emergencies).
