Performs preventive maintenance and a wide variety of facility maintenance and repair tasks involving building systems and grounds, including basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, ceiling systems, doors, hardware, and general building maintenance. Under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors, this position performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
