Managesthe day-to-day operations of the assigned community, including leasing, rent collection, resident communication, affordable housing compliance, maintenance coordination, office administration, coordination with condominium association,and supervision of property team(includes maintenance supervisor, maintenance technician, porter, and a compliance specialist). This position provides direct supervision and leadership to onsite staff, including the Compliance Specialist, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, and Porter, while ensuring the communityoperatesefficiently andin accordance withall affordable housing program requirements.
