The role translates Integrated Biologics Supply Chain strategy into site execution, building a high-performing and scalable organization, and ensuring planning, material readiness, logistics, warehousing, master data, performance management and continuous improvement are delivered with discipline, compliance and customer focus. Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Planning and Scheduling team, fostering accountability, engagement, talent development, and strong cross-functional leadership as a member of both the Supply Chain Leadership Team and Site Leadership Team.
