Skillfully use field knowledge combined with the necessary tools, equipment, meters, and computers to install, operate, maintain, adjust, repair, calibrate, commission, troubleshoot, and/or program pneumatic and digital building automation and control system controllers with their associated components both connected to a network or "stand alone" for, but no! limited to, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); heating hot water; chilled water; steam; etc. to maintain an energy efficient, safe, and comfortable environment in laboratories, offices, classrooms, etc. Maintain remote alarm paging, review and commission new construction and renovation projects, maintain proper documentation for IP addresses, BACnet ID's, BBMD tables, and software licensing, maintain BAS user administration, maintain backup of BAS system databases.
