Systems include; domestic cold and hot water distribution system, Steam and Hot Water Heating systems, various mechanical systems, air handling units, fan coil units, pumps, heat exchangers, and various other building plumbing / pipe systems on a multi-building college campus. Qualifications: Equipment Operation, repair, and maintenance of all related mechanical, electrical, control systems, air handling units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and expansion joints.
