The Supervisor converts the approved weekly schedule and resource-ready work prepared by the Planner - Stationary Maintenance into daily shift execution by validating field readiness, directing stationary-maintenance crews, controlling risk and quality, coordinating equipment access and outages with Operations, and returning accurate completion, condition, and variance information. Experience executing preventive, predictive, corrective, shutdown, and major-repair work for concentrator or fixed-plant assets and coordinating shared isolations, access, commissioning, and return-to-service activities with Operations, Electrical, the Planner, and technical support functions preferred.
