Responsibilities include general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across residential and program facilities, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, drywall, exterior maintenance, snow removal, and responding to work orders in a timely and professional manner. Candidates should be comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round and performing physically active work, including lifting, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and operating tools and equipment safely.
