The position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance, and employees to identify hazards, reduce operational risk, ensure regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, and strengthen the site''s safety culture. 3+ years of progressive EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, medical device, precision machining, metal processing, or a similarly complex industrial environment.
