Two to five years of general maintenance experience, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. | Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status via designated business process. As the Building Maintenance Technician, you will partner with the Building Engineer and maintenance team to ensure the building and facility is livable, safe and compliant by performing regular inspections, preventive, routine maintenance and repairs. Your Responsibilities: - Ensure building and systems are maintained properly and in safe working order (i.e. applicable mechanical systems, electrical, fire safety, access control, HVAC/ chiller boiler, sprinkler systems, etc) .
