To be successful in this role, you must: Enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of customers and senior stakeholders, including cross-functional People Team members, office leadership, MDPs, your direct reports, and the broader System Learning Team and internal NAMR L&D team members. Serve as the primary L&D point of contact for 6 offices and their stakeholder networks, including Office Leaders (OLs), Business Management Leaders (BMLs), L&D MDPs, Talent Managers (TMs), Career Development Advisors (CDAs), and CD BST.
