Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related systems, including 480V three-phase power distribution, motor control centers, motors, starters, relays, sensors, VFDs, servo drives, HMIs, pumps, compressors, generators, mechanical drives, PLCs, CNC machines, packaging equipment, and specialized manufacturing equipment. This role serves as the senior internal technical resource and maintenance technical lead for complex electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, controls, and equipment troubleshooting while leading preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, equipment installations and qualifications, facility modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
